OVERVIEW OF THE FIRM

Welcome to DardenLaw.com, the website of Darden Law Corporation ("DLC"), a general civil law firm with its principal offices in California.  The firm represents clients in several different areas of law, including personal injury, business & corporate, bankruptcy, and trusts & wills.  The firm's practice includes litigation (e.g., filing and defending against lawsuits), transactional (e.g., drafting contracts), and mediation services.

Our motto, "We've Built A Practice Winning Trials," reflects our perfect record of winning trials.  In fact, DLC attorneys have never lost a trial, whether representing the plaintiff (the person or business filing the lawsuit) or the defense (the person or business being sued), or whether the trial was tried before a judge or a jury.  While we can't guarantee that we will win your trial, won't you feel better knowing that you're being represented by attorneys with an astonishing record of success?

We have sued for considerably more than one billion dollars on behalf of our clients in the last three years alone.  Because of the overwhelming demand for our services, and because we provide very high quality legal representation, we currently only take cases that involve very serious and substantial injuries or damages or cases in which the client requires and can support premium legal services.  (We see our clients by appointment only, in order to protect their privacy.)
