Most of our Living Trust packages include the following:
---Declaration of Trust (the trust
itself is intended to allow you to promptly transfer your property to
those you choose and thereby avoid the costs, attorney fees, and delays
associated with Probate).
---Pour-Over Wills (mini Wills which
cover miscellaneous items intentionally not placed into the Living Trust
or other items which were not placed into the Living Trust due to mistake
or impossibility).
---Advance Health Care Directives
(formerly Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care) (allows you to name
the person or persons you want to make health care decisions for you if
you become incapacitated).
---Quitclaim Deeds (allow you to
transfer your property into your Living Trust without having your property
taxes raised or your property reassessed).
---Preliminary Change of Ownership Forms
(required by the county government to allow you to transfer your property
into your Living Trust without having your property taxes raised or your
property reassessed).
---Meetings with Attorney to Explain Trust
(a DLC attorney will meet with you before your Living Trust is drafted to
determine precisely how you want your property transferred, and then an
attorney will meet with you again and fully explain your Living Trust to
you).
---Detailed Instructions (DLC
attorneys and staff will assist you to make the vital transfers to your
Living Trust).
---FREE Routine Amendments to Living Trusts
(unlike most law firms who charge hundreds of dollars to make amendments to
living trusts, DLC will usually make routine amendments, like changing or
adding beneficiaries or trustees, without charge). |
